Have An Account? If you are a customer with us then please login to your account, once there you can go to the ticket system if you require support.

When all else fails If you experience any problems, please check our support page first. If this does not help then Please contact us and we will respond.
Account & Payment 1) How do I pay?
We accept payments online by credit card and Paypal, by UK cheque and UK Postal Order.

2) How do I renew?
We will send you a reminder by email.

3) Upgrading your account?
To upgrade any part of your account, please contact us with your request, or send a support ticket.

4) Changing account password?
To change your main account password, you need to log in to your control panel and select the change password option.

5) Forgotten password?
If you need to reset you password, please contact our support team. You will understand the need to verify who you are to ensure your password is only given to you!

6) Account quota?
Your account has a quota - the amount of disk space it can use to store your website, emails, database, web site statistics etc.

If your quota is exceeded then some aspects of your account wont work properly. No new statistics will be recorded, no new emails can be received etc until your disk usage is reduced, or your quota raised (by contacting our support team. Short term raises are usually free, permanent increases are at a small charge).

You can check your current disk usage at any time using your Control Panel.
